Return Window
Medicine House offers a 30-day return, refund & replacement policy. Customers may request an eligible return, refund, or replacement within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, your request must be submitted within the 30-day window and relate to an item purchased from Medicine House. Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging and any safety seals intact, and a valid proof of purchase — such as your order number — is required. For health and hygiene reasons, opened health, wellness, or personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions, and there is no charge to you for shipping the item back to us.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@medecinehouse.online or +91 72658 78943 with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for your request. Please include photos where useful, such as for a damaged or incorrect item. Please wait for approval before sending anything back. Approved returns are shipped back to our address in India: Shop No 520, Raj Textile World, Near Pramukh Arayana, Middas Square, Godadra Road, Surat, Gujarat 395010, India. We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns — instructions are included in the approval email.
Order Cancellation
If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make reasonable efforts to stop an order before it enters processing or shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you’re welcome to use the return process once it’s delivered.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Replacement
Medicine House offers eligible replacements within the 30-day period for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to availability. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer an alternative resolution, such as a comparable item or a refund.
Restocking Fee
We do not currently charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Refunds
Returned items are reviewed once received to confirm eligibility. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method through PayPal. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
